A new lean-to has been constructed at Hour Pond in the Siamese Ponds Wilderness. The shelter is located on the east shore of the pond with a setback from the water. In addition, a new trail has been marked to Hour Pond from Thirteenth Lake. It begins at Peaked Mountain Brook and follows red markers through the hills to the yellow-marked Hour Pond Trail.
